Thank you for coming to visit me from GBG Magazine! As you know, I make a lot of images throughout the year for GBG and have the pleasure of working with all sorts of weird and wonderful characters to produce the big picture led features. You might not know that I have been running a studio here in Guernsey for over 25 years, the last five of which have been focused on pictures of people. You can be confident that if you are looking to finally get some decent pictures of your family in 2013, I'm your man. You don't stay in the photography business in Guernsey for long if you aren't any good!

Please call me if you'd like to discuss any aspect of having a photoshoot with me.

Special GBG Offer:
The normal photoshoot voucher fee is £150, but if you mention this GBG offer in your email/phone message, I will include a free A4 print (worth £60) when you make your final print order.

I also offer other value vouchers for photoshoots if you'd like to give one as a gift, please visit my regular Voucher page.

Here's how the vouchers look, they are valid for a
year, they are transferable, but not refundable.
I can write a message or leave the card blank for you to fill in.

Here's how the photo shoot works:

Firstly we work out a time that's best for you, and that can be out of work hours or a Saturday session. You then decide on the outfits you want to bring to the session, the normal shoot will give you time for two, maybe three outfit changes, as you wish. Remember that these are photographs to remember 2011 by!

The studio is equipped with all the latest lighting gizmos, including a wind machine, so we'll work on the best approach when you get to the studio. Naturally, you can touch up makeup when you get here, but somewhere between normal daytime makeup and evening glitz is good, the rest is done by my lighting and simple skin retouching in post production. I'll be guided by you as to how noticeable you want the retouch to be - it can vary from a slight skin brush up to full on restructuring (there may be an additional fee for heavy retouching projects - sorry!), I can talk you through that after the shoot.

At the viewing, I'll present the first edit of images (along with a low res watermarked CDROM of your images) and then talk you through the options for reprints, frames and canvases. Remember that I'm not a hard sell merchant - I'm quite happy for you to just use the CDROM to email your pictures around the world, or just facebook them, but I'm equally confident that you'll love the images and want to display them in your home or send to friends and relatives as proper colour correct photographic prints and frames.
